Our new designs of dresses and tutu skirts are designed by us and made in Somerset, England.
Beautiful soft satin tutu skirts with layers of sparkle star tulle. The tutu skirt has an adjustable waistband. They come with our pretty designs of delicate flower garlands and a pair of sparkly glitter wings.
